Any data loaded into the app will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Additionally, once a ticket has been loaded, it cannot be loaded again.

*Please note that you will also be unable to access to the experience agreement or participate in the lottery for Reservation Pass.

Admission tickets and Premium Passes can still be used by presenting the QR code, even without the app.
