① Download the App

Please download the official app from here or use the web app.

② Create an Account

To register, please enter an email address that can be accessed on your smartphone.*

*It is fine if this email address is different from the one used on the official ticket site.

③ Check Your Email

After entering your email address, if you agree to the terms, tap “Agree and Log In/Register,” then check your inbox.

If you do not receive the email, please adjust your settings to allow emails from “no-reply@admin.users.junglia.jp”

④ Open the app via the link

Check your email and proceed to “Log In/Register.”

There is a time limit; if the time expires, please start over from step ②.

If you received multiple emails, be sure to check the most recent one first

⑤ App registration is complete. 

Please refer to “How do I load tickets into the app?” to register your tickets.
