What could be the cause if my ticket isn’t displayed in the app?
■Loading Your Ticket
After purchasing your ticket, you will need to manually load it in the app as it will not automatically appear.
Please follow the instructions to the FAQ “How do I load a ticket into the app?” to load your ticket.
Loaded tickets will basicallly appear immediately.
However, for tickets loaded on the day of purchase (excluding same-day tickets), the status may show as “Loading...” until the following morning. Please wait until they appear.*
*If your ticket has not appeared by the morning of the visit, please contact the Navigator on-site.
■Check Your Ticket Type
Please note that tickets requiring exchange on the day of the visit will be displayed in the “Exchange Voucher/Parking Reservation” section.
Please exchange your ticket for an admission ticket at the ticket booth on the day of the visit, then load it into the app.
The ticket booth opens one hour before the park opens.
■Check the Date and Tab
If you have loaded tickets for multiple dates or ticket types, please verify that you are viewing the correct date or ticket type.
■Different Accounts
The account (email address) used to load the ticket in advance may be different from the account you are currently logged into.
Please check the account that previously received the “no-reply@admin.users.junglia.jp” and try logging in again.
