① Prepare Your Ticket

Please have your ticket (QR code) ready before scanning it in the app.

It’s helpful to take a screenshot or save an image of it in advance.

② Prepare the Official App

Please download the official app from here or use the web app.

Since the official app requires registration separate from the ticket purchase site, please complete registration by referring to “How do I register for the app?”
 

③ Scan Your Ticket

After logging into the app, go to ‘Tickets’ > “Scan Ticket QR Code.”

You can scan the QR code using one of the following methods:

　(1) Use multiple devices to scan the QR code with their cameras

　(2) Save the QR code via a screenshot or similar method, then scan it using the “Scan QR Code from Image” feature within the app

If scanning via method (2) does not work, please try method (1).

If scanning does not work as described above or the ticket does not appear, please refer to “What could be the cause if the ticket does not appear in the app?” for troubleshooting.

For those with a ticket exchange voucher

If you have a ticket exchange voucher, please exchange it for an “Admission Ticket” at the ticket booth located　just before the entrance gate on the day of your visit to the park.

After exchanging your voucher, please scan the QR code on the “Admission Ticket” you received using the app.
