If you are purchasing multiple Premium Passes, we recommend arriving at least one hour early to ensure you are not late.

If the time on your Reservation Pass overlaps with your Premium Pass experience, or if you are unable to use the attraction due to delays or other issues, please contact the Navigator of the attraction.
