Requests to return or exchange an item purchased at JUNGLIA OKINAWA are handled following specific conditions.
■Eligible Examples
- Product has an initial defect, damage, or stain
- Incorrect item or delivery error at checkout
- You have proof of purchase, such as a receipt, for the above
Navigat0r will check the condition and advise you if an exchange or refund is possible.
■Where to Go
Assistance is available at the register of each shop in the park. Bring the item and receipt to the shop where you purchased it.
If you notice an issue with your item after returning home, please contact us using the "Inquiry Form".
■Notes
- Returns or exchanges for personal reasons (such as incorrect size, changed mind, etc.) are generally not accepted.
- Items that have been used or had their tags removed may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Certain items, including food products and sale items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Exchanges may take time depending on the item’s condition and stock status.
