■For those who made a reservation via email
You can cancel your reservation by clicking the link in the reservation confirmation email.
If you wish to make changes, please cancel your reservation first and then make a new one.
■For those who booked via LINE
When you book via LINE, the following two official accounts will be linked:
・My Junban
・LINE Mini App Notifications
You can cancel your reservation by clicking [Click here for details] in the reservation confirmation message received via “LINE Mini App Notifications.”
