You can purchase SPA Tickets at the on-site ticket booth. Please note that tickets may sell out depending on ticket availability.

■SPA JUNGLIA prices

・Adults(12 years old and over) : 3,080 yen

・Children(4-11 years old) : 1,870 yen

・Disabled (12 years old and over) : 1,320 yen

・Disabled(4-11 years old) : 770 yen.

■Notes

・Children under 3 years old are admitted free. (Guests under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of the same sex who is aged 16 years or over.)

・A separate bathing tax is required for adults (12 years and older) when using the Spa. Please pay at the Spa reception on the day of your visit.

・The domestic resident price applies to those who can present proof of residence in Japan. Please check here for acceptable proof of residence and ticket prices for Japan residents.

・If it is confirmed that a Ticket has been resold at a price exceeding the original price, the account used to purchase the Ticket will be terminated and all Tickets purchased with that account will be rendered void.

・If a Ticket cannot be used for some reason, such as a scanning error with the 2D code, the place of sale of the Ticket will be checked. Please note that if the place of sale is not the official website or official affiliated agencies, a replacement ticket, refund, nor compensation for the unusable ticket will not be provided.
