Once you purchase a Premium Pass, you cannot change or cancel it due to personal reasons. (Changes are not permitted regardless of date, time, ticket type, or number of people.)

If an attraction is suspended, even guests holding a Premium Pass may be unable to experience the attraction.

For guests holding the applicable Premium Pass, we will offer either a transfer to another attraction or a refund.
