Can I change the date of my ticket?
If all conditions are met, you can change the date of your purchased admission ticket by following the procedure described below.
Cancellations or refunds are not available if the conditions are not met. Please be sure to check the details.
For tickets purchased through Klook, KKday, or Trip.com, please review the following conditions and contact the respective sales agents.
If you purchased your tickets through the official ticket site, please check here.
■Date Change Period
The date must be within 90 days from the day after the original ticket’s purchase date, starting from the day after the original scheduled date of use.
*Please note that if you purchase a date change ticket for a date 91 days or more after the original date, you cannot cancel or receive a refund for the original ticket or any other purchased tickets.
■Date Change Conditions
・The ticket must be a 1-Day Ticket, Spa Ticket, or Park & Spa 1-Day Ticket.
・The ticket must be the same type and price category (Adult/Child) as the original ticket.
・The original ticket must have been purchased on the same website
・The original ticket must be unused
・All of the above conditions must be met
■Tickets Not Eligible
・Various Premium Passes
・Set tickets or special offer tickets (such as afternoon tickets) combined with a Premium Pass
・JJUNGLIA Parking Reservation Ticket.
・Tickets purchased from sources other than the Official Ticket Site, Klook, KKday, or Trip.com (Please contact the respective seller.)
